Flying – Dancing – Writing

I don’t remember when I flew for the first time in my life, but I feel that I always loved flying! Flying takes me to another plane, the plane of dreams, where everything is possible… Where wings allow us to discover new horizons, new cultures, new people, experience new smells and temperatures, see new colors, new reflections…

All these experiences show me parts of myself that I was not aware of… as opening a music box with a new melody that makes me dance with joy and wholeness!
I love to dance!!! Dancing allows me to express myself without filters and (self) judgment as if no one is watching. Allows me to release the emotions that don’t have the chance to become words or actions… I let myself lead by the rhythm of the music, allowing the melody to “play” on my body, connecting me to the essence of who I am.

When the emotions do not turn into words and gain sound, we need to find ways to free them, giving them other shape or transforming them into something different!

Recently, I learned new ways of transmuting the thoughts that bind us, the “hidden” emotions and silenced words.

When we connect with the heart, everything becomes easier, clearer and more authentic! Thoughts cease to imprison ourselves because we no longer want to control everything… The “answers” come to light as colorful balloons flying freely in the sky!

The heart shows us that we are free to fly and to choose our destiny, always being respectful and caring towards ourselves and others…

When we “open our heart” and love ourselves, we allow the universe to open to us! We allow the infinite light and love to fill us and to radiate around us!

Flying, dancing, writing…
