Depending on the current restrictions, the program might also be delivered as an 8-hour Face-to-Face Workshop over 1 day.

–  Optional 4 x 60-Minute Online Group Follow-up Sessions (weekly) to practice the techniques with the coherence biofeedback technology and track progress.

It’s possible to do shorter workshops with program modules.
