One-on-One Sessions based on the HeartMath® Methodology

The current tempo of life can certainly trigger feelings of stress, anxiety or frustration that can result in claims of physical, mental and psychological imbalance, resulting in deviation of your life goals.

My main goal as a HeartMath® Coach & Mentor is to provide you with practical scientifically-proven solutions to help you reduce stress, build resilience to deal with challenges, boost your energy levels, and live a healthier and happier life.

According to your current challenges and goals, I will provide you with a set of simple yet powerful tools and techniques that can help you better navigate these challenging times and move towards your goals achievement.

My intention is to help you connect to the heart of who you really are and to make the changes you really want, in order to become the best version of yourself more often.

What is the HeartMath Methodology?

The HeartMath methodology is the result of over 30 years of research on the heart-brain connection that reveals how the heart influences our perceptions, emotions, intuition and health.

This methodology empowers people to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors to reduce stress, increase resilience, and unlock their natural intuitive guidance for making more effective choices.

It is a system of simple and powerful self-regulation techniques which are easy to learn and designed to be used “in the moment”, whatever the situation, meaning that you can bring your best self to your personal, social and professional lives.

What are the One-on-One Program Sessions options?

The One-on-One Sessions allow you to learn and practice the tools that best suit your needs, according to your current specific challenges and goals.

You can book a single-session to learn one technique, or you can choose a Package with several sessions, allowing you to learn several techniques while benefiting from special investment conditions.

You can also benefit from a Special Package that includes one Inner Balance™ Bluetooth® Sensor for iPhone/iPad and Android that allows you to monitor and self-regulate your thoughts, emotions and physiology, and track your sessions practice progress.

The full HeartMath® Program corresponds to the Package with 5 x 90-minute sessions – to learn up to six simple and powerful techniques, which will help you become the best version of yourself more often.

The sessions might be delivered via Zoom or in-person in Lisbon, Portugal.
