I passionately support professionals, leaders, and entrepreneurs, who are incredible and powerful individuals, yet they still suffer from intense stress and moments of overwhelm. Through my work, I help them manage stress, reconnect with their personal power, and create a life that is more balanced, fulfilling, and genuinely meaningful.
I believe my mission is to help people live with more heart, and greater balance, purpose, and fulfilment — in both their personal and professional lives.
The curiosity, the sheer joy of exploring the world, the desire to continuously evolve, and the will to help others have been my driving force.
Following the completion of my Business Management degree, I set off on a business career spanning over 18 years in the field of Marketing and Communications, namely as a Team Manager. During those years, I felt the need to look for tools that could help me manage the high levels of stress associated with the corporate world.
My search led me to discover powerful tools—and my true passion: teaching those tools to others.
Since 2010, I have been delivering lectures and workshops in Portugal and abroad to individuals and well-renowned organizations, including Deloitte, Unilever, Sage, and Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
In 2015 and 2016, I had the pleasure of becoming the first professional in Portugal to obtain the international certifications of HeartMath® Certified Coach and HeartMath® Certified Trainer — from the world’s pioneering organization in the field of Heart Coherence.
Since 2018, I have been serving as a Team Leader, Group Lead, and Meditation Assistant at numerous international events with the lecturer, author, and researcher Dr. Joe Dispenza.
In 2020, I also had the honor of being personally trained in the U.S. by Dr. Joe Dispenza to teach his powerful NeuroChangeSolutions model of transformation, becoming the first Official Dr. Joe Dispenza NCS Consultant in Portugal.
In 2023, in partnership with HeartMath UK and Ireland, I had the privilege of facilitating the first HeartMath® Certified Coach Program in Portugal delivered entirely in Portuguese.
With a powerful set of science-based methods, tools, and techniques grounded in the Heart-Brain Connection and the principles of Neuroscience, I have been passionately helping thousands of people from all over the world become the best version of themselves.
