The core of the HeartMath® Coaching consists of easy-to-learn self-regulation tools and resilience-building practices that will help you become more balanced and empowered.

You will use the HeartMath® biofeedback technology – Inner BalanceTM ear sensor – to watch, in real-time, the impact your thoughts and emotions have on your body and see the immediate effect of HeartMath® self-regulation techniques.
